Why should I use a Mortgage Broker instead of my bank?
Variety: One simple application will give you access to over 60 lenders and their excellent mortgage solutions. Lenders include major Canadian banks, credit unions & other financial institutions.
Knowledge: We do mortgages all day long and that is all we do. Your mortgage is your largest financial transaction so rely on a professional to assist you. The associate at the bank handles chequing account openings, overdraft, RRSPS and everything else. They simply don’t have enough time to be experts on mortgages.
Speed – We offer same-day responses, your bank will likely take a week to just schedule you for an appointment.
Accessible: You may call, text, e-mail or come to the office anytime. Our office prides itself on our response times.
Can we schedule a meeting at the office?
Yes, our office is open for in-person meetings. Financial services are deemed essential and rightfully so. Being accessible to all members of society is at the core of our values.
